LAST UPDATE: 21.11.25By ordering a commission from me you agree to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS1. You must agree to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to 10€.
2. On orders above 10€ you must agree to pay after we have agreed on a draft
3. All payments must be done over Paypal or the Ko-Fi Tip option after we have agreed on a price.PRODUCT DELIVERY4.a Your commission will be finished within ONE (1) MONTH
4.b In some cases, I will inform you that the commission may take longer than one month.
5. Any week over the mark will grant you a refund of 10% of the original price per week.
6. You will receive a high quality version of the artwork per E-Mail, file, and/or open-access google drive. Please communicate which would be most suited for your needs.REVISIONS7. You have the right to any reasonable amount of complete revisions in the sketching phase.
8. You have the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail. Any requests above or more major than that require a markup payment of 20% of the original price.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS9. You agree to pay the total amount specified in Euro (EUR €)
10. It is your sole responsibility to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to me.
11. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on my account is equal to the amount agreed to in Euro (EUR €)REFUND POLICY12. You may receive a full refund if I have not started the commission yet.
13. You have a right to refund if the commissioned work has not been completed in 3 months as long as no serious circumstances have affected me.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE14. The art received by you is for personal use. Any use of the art for commercial purposes, AI training or republishing for reasons other than personal purposes are not permitted.Personal use includes editing or altering the commissioned work for your own enjoyment.You do not hold the right to use the artworkt in any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs or cryptocurrencyIn addition, you do not hold the right to use the artwork for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS15. I reserve every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to you.
16. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. You may receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to you in the future.

Order process
Please be ready to provide references if asked, especially for Personas, Ocs or Headcanon designs
References CAN be rough sketches or e.g. picrew/gacha life/edits but you must allow me leniency with details!
I will draft sketches and send them to you based on your descriptions or wishes
Once we agree on a draft, payment occurs. Please refer to TOS for additional info
